Pre-Approval Granted

Today we received notice from the U.S. Embassy in Guatemala City that pre-approval was granted for the adoption of Andre. The pre-approval now allows us to move to the final stages of the adoption process. This is wonderful news! We are not sure exactly how long the final stages will take but we are hopeful that we will travel to Guatemala in the next few months to bring Andre home.
